Adrianna Tan is the founder of [Future Ethics](https://futureethics.ai/?ref=news.massopen.ai) \- an AI research and strategy lab in SF and Singapore. 

I had the good fortune of chatting with Adrianna about red-teaming, agentic evals, and... why the future belongs to the social scientists and humanities majors. Did I mention Adrianna is a poli sci major? Her point about allowing non-tech folk to be more involved in product development is something I wish more people understood.
